Dr. Taheri is certified specialist in Pediatric Dentistry. He was raised in northern California. He did his under-graduate work at U.C. Berkeley. He received his Dental Degree from U.C. San Francisco School of Dentistry, which is number one ranked Dental school in the country. By then he could have started practicing as a general dentist, however he continued to complete three years of additional post-doctoral training at U.C. San Francisco; Oakland Children Hospital and San Francisco General Hospital to become a certified specialist in Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Taheri is highly trained in all aspects of pediatric Dentistry such as behavioral management, conscious sedation and Dental restoration under General Anesthesia. He has published several articles in peer reviewed professional journals. Also, he is an active member of American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry; California Society of Pediatric Dentistry and California Dental. He did his pediatric specialty training at UCSF (University of San Francisco and Oakland Children’s Hospital. Dr. Taheri also is an assistant professor at UCSF teaching dentists who are going to become pediatric or children’s specialists.

   Dr. Naderi is our general dentist. She takes care of adult and/or our older patients, which decide to remain in our practice. She was raised in Southern California; did her under-graduate work at U.C. Irvine. She moved to Northern California to attend Dental School at U.C. San Francisco. After graduating from Dental school, she did an extra year of post-doctoral training in Advanced General Dentistry and Cosmetics Dentistry at University of Pacific. Dr. Naderi is an active member of California Dental Association and Academy of General Dentistry. She has vast experience in every aspect of General Dentistry including, treatment of gum disease, crown and bridge and root canals and is highly trained in recent advancements is cosmetic dentistry such as tooth color fillings, teeth bleaching and porcelain veneers.

Our office uses the same state-of-the-art heat sterilization techniques as those in hospitals, in fact our office meets or exceeds all the sterilization and infection control guidelines as set forth by state and federal government, The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and American Dental Association. This includes:

• Heat sterilization
• Our sterilization machine is tested every week by independent laboratory.
• Our water lines are flushed in between each patient and each operatory has individual water line filters, which are replaced regularly.
